We’re just weeks away from Christmas, and for Caveo's last Premium Yarn newsletter of the year, I’ll keep it short and sweet, focused on what to do (or not do) over the next month, with a special thank you at the end.

Stuff You Need to Know

Caveo's last day in the office is Friday, 19 December, and we’ll be back on Monday, 5 January, 2026. However, we understand that claims can happen anytime, so if you need us, please don’t hesitate to get in touch for urgent matters!

How to Get in Touch with Us Over the Holiday Break

Joshua will be actively checking emails and phone, so he’ll be your first point of contact on 027 384 6444.

I’ll be around but not checking my phone as actively, so I’m your second point of contact on 027 273 3392.

Taz is taking an additional week off for a well-deserved break, so please contact her as a last resort on 027 272 3345.

If we’re not immediately available, please send us a text message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Some Wise Reminders!

With the increase in theft around this time of year, here’s your friendly nudge to lock everything before you head away, including doors, windows, sheds, and even dog doors (yes, humans can fit through them too)! And don't leave a window open for the cat while you are away. Staying vigilant helps avoid extra stress during the holidays.

If you’re going overseas, remember that your contents policy only covers items within NZ (unless specified otherwise), and items over $3k aren’t covered by a travel insurance policy unless noted. Get in touch with us before you go, so we can check your policy and make sure your assets are protected!

If Santa is kind and you receive new toys worth over $3k, send us an email and we’ll add them to your policy as a specified item.

Be safe, have fun, and enjoy a break. If you can, turn your email notifications OFF!
