Kia Ora, everyone!
It’s Alice here again, coming in hot for the last yarn of the year! This one will be short and sweet, just a heads-up on what to expect over the holidays.
The past few weeks have been super busy as we try to get on top of everything before the Christmas break. Thank you for your patience if we've taken a little longer to reply or if we've been nagging you to get things done! Our break time for 2024 is from the 20th of December to the 6th of January for Joshua and Taz, and the 13th for me.
Although we will be limiting access to our emails, we understand that things can happen, and we want you to know that if you need us, please call! If we don't answer our phones, send a text, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. There isn’t much the insurers can do during this time as they also have a Christmas break, but we at Caveo will do our absolute best to help you where we can.
In the past two weeks, I have dealt with three theft claims alone and have seen many similar situations in the community. Theft is high around this time of year, so this is a reminder to lock everything, set audible alarms where possible, don’t leave your windows open wide for the cat if you go out, and just be vigilant and mindful!
I mentioned it in my last yarn, but this is a friendly reminder to be kind to yourselves over the Christmas period! Spend time with your people, enjoy the sunshine, relax and recover, eat all the yummy foods guilt-free, and remember that nothing is that serious - your family will survive if you miss something off your grocery list!
